As our family began to grow and our space seemed to shrink, my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first home. After a grueling search , we were not able to settle on a home we liked. Even when we did find something we liked, it would be off the market before we got a chance to go see it in person. Since the home search did not seem to show any resolve, it was an easy decision to go ahead and make our first home purchase our first home build. We immediately turned to Jeff Clark. We had received rave reviews from friends of ours that worked with him, and coincidentally, I had worked in a building that he built.
Are the cabinets hanging correctly and solidly? Was all the flooring installed correctly (e.g., loose boards)? Is the A/C sized right for the house? I have to say that Clark Custom Homes has excelled in all these areas. Everything about the home is very solid and well-built.
For projects with a total cost of $25,000 and up, a contractor must be licensed as a Prime Contractor, or Subcontractor.
